Rob began his career with Watlow® almost 36 years ago as an intern at the company’s facility in Hannibal, Missouri. After graduating from the Missouri University of Science and Technology in Rolla, Missouri, Rob stayed with the company and worked in various roles, gaining experience in most areas of the company including product development, R&D, operations, marketing and management. As he progressed in his career at Watlow, he gained a deep understanding of customer needs. He provides that knowledge and expertise to the company today by empowering team members to be their best and connect with customers to solve even the most difficult thermal challenges.
